My Turmeric Chocolate Elixir seems to have green flecks in It!!! Is it OK?
Yes! There's nothing wrong with the elixir. A number of customers have sent photos of the chocolate elixir with "green" particles inside. We had some of them send those bags to us so we could examine the "green". When those bags arrived, we couldn't find anything green! With a little more experimentation, this is what we discovered:
The green color is a peculiar optical "illusion" caused by white coconut milk powder that's become infused with the yellow of the turmeric reflecting "cold" fluorescent light which in turn interacts with the brown powder of the cacao. If you take the bag into warm incandescent light, the green disappears!
We haven't figured out how to prevent this occasional illusion from happening.
That said, if you are uncomfortable with using that bag of the elixir, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll send you another bag free of charge.

This can only be corrected by contacting Customer Support at 707-634-6033 x3. We highly recommend that you do this, as all receipts & shipping notifications are electronically sent to you via that email address, and your email address is used during the login process. It's very quick for us to fix this problem :)
My credit card was declined! Why?
